We use technology that allows for better communication, learning and data collection. Flexible scheduling systems allow employees to have a set schedule while picking up additional hours at the push of a button. No experience required for Direct Support Professionals as all training is located in Cottonwood. Paid Training, Generous Benefit Packages.

Current Open Positions

Now accepting applications for individuals to work with adults with developmental disabilities in the following positions:
Residential Supervisor will oversee the day to day functions of the Residential Setting for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Hours may vary, full-time. Pay typically begins $16.00 – $18.00/hour, Depends on Experience.

Shifts May Vary within a few hours of begin and end times, Typical Shifts:

  • Sunday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Open Availability)
  • Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 8:30 am (Open Availability, Great Part-time Position!)
  • Monday – Friday 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Limited Availability)
  • Saturday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Open Availability)
  • Overnights 3 or 4 days per week (No Availability)
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Day Program (Open Availability)

Pay typically begins at $15.00 – $16.00/hour, Depends on Experience and Position.

Transportation Driver

Split Shift 6:30 – 8:15am then returning 4:00pm – 5:45pm
Monday thru Friday

Volunteer Needed

as an instructor to our Day Program Woodshop 4 to 5 hours per week.
